Requirements
1, Regularly active
2. Provide Full access API and User ID
3. Two week observation period before accepting application (w/exceptions)
4. No alt accounts
5. Ability to follow orders at a moment's notice
6. Members must hold themselves to the highest standards
7. Be on TS and active when logged into Q-Navy character
8. Participate in PvP activities if any are going.
9. Must be able to fly minimum of one race's cruiser class and below
10. Must be able to use Meta 4 PvP moduels
